Project guidance

What to know before we stitch.

These are the details that help us protect your product, your artwork, and the final stitch quality.

How is embroidery pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the item, quantity, design size, stitch count, number of placements, product sourcing, and whether artwork needs digitizing.
What is digitizing?
Digitizing turns your logo or artwork into an embroidery file the machine can stitch. It is different from simply uploading a picture.
Will I pay digitizing again on reorders?
Usually no, if the same approved logo, size, and placement are being reused. A different size, product type, or design change may need an updated file.
What artwork file is best?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF are best. Clear PNG or JPG files may also work. If the file is low quality, we’ll let you know what needs to be adjusted.
Can you embroider one item?
Yes, depending on the project. Single-piece orders may cost more per item because setup, hooping, thread changes, and design prep still take time.
Can I bring my own item?
Sometimes. Customer-supplied items must be clean and suitable for embroidery. Some fabrics, seams, pockets, or shapes are not safe or practical to hoop.
Can every logo be embroidered?
Not exactly as-is. Very tiny text, thin lines, gradients, shadows, and heavy detail may need to be simplified so the embroidery looks clean.
How long does an order take?
Timing depends on the design, quantity, product availability, and current production schedule. If you have a deadline, include it in the form.
Will I approve the details first?
Yes. The project details, placement, pricing, and timeline are confirmed before production begins.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your request, check the artwork and product details, ask any needed follow-up questions, and send next steps.
