What do I need to provide for a quote?
Send your artwork, logo, photo, or inspiration image if available. Also include the item type, quantity, embroidery placement, product color, thread color preferences, and any need-by date if you know them.
Do I need every detail before I submit?
No. Send what you know. ArcThread Studio will follow up if product choice, placement, artwork, timing, or order details need adjustment.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Small custom orders are welcome. Some specialty items, supplier orders, or bulk requests may have minimums or different pricing based on quantity.
Is there a digitizing fee?
New designs require a one-time $15 digitizing fee. Reorders with approved designs do not pay again.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is typically 7-10 business days after artwork and proof approval. Rush options may be available depending on schedule, product availability, and project complexity.
Do you accept customer-supplied garments?
Customer-supplied items may be accepted by approval only. Items must be new, clean, and embroidery-safe. Customer-supplied garments or hats are stitched at customer risk because embroidery is permanent.
Do you ship orders?
Yes. Domestic U.S. orders ship through USPS with tracking. Orders of $150 or more ship free. International shipping is not available at this time, and local pickup or delivery may be available by arrangement.
